Thuthula Mndayi (1990 - )

Thuthula was raised in the Mount Frere, Eastern Cape before coming to Cape Town in 2004 and joining Spier Arts Academy as a Mosaic Apprentice in 2016.

She enjoys working with stone and how she can interpret art such as paintings into mosaic. Thuthula particularly enjoys working with and mixing colours to be as accurate and close as possible to the original artwork.

“My vision is to use what I have learnt at Spier Arts Academy and make something of myself and my future. “
