Garnett Ludick(1992 -)

Garnett was born and raised in Kimberly, Northern Cape and moved to Cape Town in 2014 to join Spier Arts Academy. Upon Graduation Garnett was part of the launch and became the first Studio Manager at the Spier Artisan Studio on the Spier Wine Farm.

Garnett founded a mosaic company called Glu Creations that specialises in mosaics products and interpretation of original artworks into mosaic murals. He also studied Print Design & Publishing at Friends of Design Cape Town during 2017.

“I started making jewellery from animal hide and offcut material and I incorporate all my knowledge of mosaic art and graphic design into this jewellery design business. I love sharing my skills and talents by hosting regular mosaic workshops to the community and art enthusiasts throughout the Western Cape.”
